The Wedding
Seven days
shall ye eat un-l-eaven-ed
bread; even the - first day - ye shall put away l-eaven out
of your houses: for whosoever

bread from the first day until the seventh

Terah took Abram his son,

The
kingdom of - heaven - is like unto a - certain king,
which made a marriage - for his son,

It repenteth

me - that I - have set up Saul to be king: for he - is turned back - from following me,
and hath not performed my
commandments.

him at his heart.
And
it grieved Samuel;

he cried unto the Lord - all night.
Which my lips have uttered, - and my mouth hath spoken, when I was in trouble.
I will offer unto thee burnt sacrifices
of fatlings, with the incense of rams; - I will offer bullocks with goats.

Come - and hear, all ye
that
fear God, and I will declare what he hath done for my soul.

I cried unto him - with my mouth, - and he

regard iniquity in my heart,- the Lord

And
it shall be, - if thou
have
no delight in her, then thou shalt let her
go whither she will; - but thou shalt not sell her at all for money, - thou shalt not make
merchandise of her, - because thou
has humbled her.
If
a man be found stealing
any - of his brethren of - the children
of Israel, - and maketh merchandise of him, - or selleth him; then that thief shall
die; - and thou shalt put evil away
from among you.
But they made light of it,
and went their ways, one to his farm,
- an-other to his merchandise:
And it shall come to pass in - that day, - that the remnant of Israel, - and such as are escaped of the house of Jacob, shall no
more - again
- stay
upon him that smote them; but
shall stay - upon the Lord, - the Holy One of Israel, in truth.
The remnant shall return, - even the remnant of Jacob, unto the - mighty God.
And
the remnant - took his servants, and entreated
them spitefully, - and slew them.
But
when
the king heard there-of, - he was wroth: - and he sent
forth his armies, - and destroyed those murderers,
- and burned up their city.
Then
saith - he
to
his servants, - - The wedding is ready, but they which were bidden were not worthy.
The high-ways
lie waste, the wayfaring man ceaseth: he hath broken the covenant, he hath despised the cities, he regardeth no man.
And
I
will make all
my mountains - a way,
- and my high-ways shall be exalted.
Go
ye
there-fore into the highways,
and as many as ye shall find, - bid to the marriage.
So those servants - went out into the high-ways, and gathered
together
all as many as they found, - both bad - and good: - and the wedding was furnished with guests.
But
unto Cain and to his offering he had not respect.
And
when the king - came
in to see the guests, he saw there- a man
which - had not - on a wedding garment:
My
kins-folk have failed, and my familiar friends have forgotten - me.
And
he saith unto him, Friend,
how camest thou
in
hither - not having a wedding - garment? - -And he was speechless.
Then
said
the king to the servants, Bind him - hand - and foot, and take him away, - and cast him into outer darkness; there - shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.
For
-
many are called, but few - are - chosen.
