Sermon on the mount VI

In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
And the earth was without form, and void; and  darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.

And her brother and her mother - said, Let the damsel abide with us - a few days, - at - the least ten; - after  that she shall go.
And the Lord said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the Lord?
Now there-fore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say.

Who-so-ever therefore shall break one of – these - least commandments, and shall teach - men so, -  he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: - but who-so-ever shall do and teach - them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

And the Lord said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy housein-to the ark; for thee have I seen righteous be-fore me - in this generation.

And he be-lieved in the Lord; and he counted it to him for righteousness.

For I say unto you, That except your righteousness shall exceed the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, ye shall in no case - enter into the kingdom of heaven.

But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it:

For in - six days the Lord made heaven and earth, - the sea, - and all that in them is, and rested the - seventh day: where-fore the Lord blessed the sabbath day, . . .

And it shall be upon Aaron's fore-head, -that Aaron -  may bear theiniquity - of the holy things, - which the children of Israel shall hallow in all their holy gifts; - and it shall be always upon his forehead, that they - may be accepted before the Lord.
And thou shalt embroider the coat of fine linen, - and thou shalt make the mitre of fine linen, and thou shalt make the girdle of needlework.
And for Aaron's sons thou shalt make coats, and thou shalt make for them girdles, - and bonnets shalt thou make for them, for glory and for beauty.

. . . and hallow-ed it.

And Enoch walked with God:

And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Ra-am-ah, and Sabtechah: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.
*****
And Enoch walked with God: and he was not; for God - took him.
*****
That the sons of God saw the daughters of men that they were fair; and they took them wives of all which they chose. . . . and also - after that, when the sons of God came in unto the - daughters  - of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
*****

And Cush begat - Nimrod: he began to be a mighty - one - in the earth.
He was a mighty hunter be-fore the Lord:

And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence come-st thou?
*****
and God divided the light - from - the darkness.
And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide - the day - from the night;

*****

Then Satan -answered the - Lord, and said, From - going - to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

There-fore the Lord God sent him forth - from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence - he was taken.

Thou
Honour thy father - and thy mother: that thy days may be long upon the land which the Lord - thy God giveth thee.
Thou shalt not kill.
Thou shalt not commit adultery.
Thou shalt not steal.
Thou shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbour.
Thou shalt not covet - thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his man-servant, nor his maid-servant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.
And all the people saw the thunderings, and the lightnings, and the noise of the trumpet, and the mountain smoking: and when the people saw it, they re-moved, - and stood afar off.
And they said unto Moses, Speak thou with us, and we will hear: - but let not God speak with us, - lest we die.

Ye have heard that it was said by them of old time, Thou shalt not kill; and who-so-ever shall kill shall be in danger of the judgment:

And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.
The troops of Tema looked, the companies of Sheba - waited for them. - They were confounded because they had hoped; they came thither, and were ashamed. For now ye are nothing; ye see my casting down, and are afraid.

He has waged cruel war against human nature it-self, violating it's most sacred rights of life and liberty in the persons of a distant people who never offended him, captivating and carrying them into slavery in another hemisphere, or to incur miserable death in their transportation thither.
The American Declaration of Independence.

Also the Lord was angry with me for your sakes, saying, Thou also shalt not go in thither.
But Joshua the son of Nun, which standeth be-fore thee, he shall go in thither: en-courage him: for he shall cause Is-ra-el to inherit it.

And he RA put forth his hand, and caught it, and it became a rod in his hand:

And Moses rose up, and his minister Joshua: and Moses - went up into the mount of God.

But I say unto you, That who-so-ever is angry with his brother without a cause shall be in danger of the judgment: and who-so-ever shall say to his brother, Raca, shall be in danger of the council: but whosoever shall say, Thou fool, shall be in danger of hell fire.

And I have given the Levites as a gift to Aaron and to his sons from among the children of Israel, to do the service of the children of Israel in the tabernacle of the congregation, and to make an atonement for the children of Israel: - that there be no plague among the children of Israel, when the children of Israel come nigh unto the sanctuary.
And Moses, and Aaron, and all the congregation of the children of Israel, did to the Levites according unto all - that the Lord commanded Moses concerning the Levites, so did the children of Israel unto them.

Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there remember-est - that thy brother hath ought against thee;
Leave there - thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
