Don't pray for me

Portrait

To My beloved Israel
I had hoped I would not have to post this letter but by now it has become apparent to all of you that it has been an uncharacteristically long time since my last submission and, much to my chagrin it may be as long yet still.
I have been putting off a ‘cataract’ eye operation for a long time until I could no longer risk losing the eye or a life, driving while blind.
Finally, following doctors orders I acquiesce to go under the knife. As feared after surgery there were complication that left me all but completely sightless in the eye  along with much pain and discomfort but all is now well and all faults have been corrected and I am doing much better and with my new eye I can almost see through walls, at least I don’t walk into them anymore,
You’re probably asking yourselves so. ‘why aren’t I back at work?’
Well, in fact, I am, nevertheless not at full throttle more a snail's pace. Although I can see clearly at times, I still need glasses to read and those won’t be prescribed for me until the eye is altogether well.
Even so, I have managed to eke out a few pages but making correction and reading using a magnifying glass is not as easy as you might think.
So In the meantime, stay strong be good toward one another and be patient. And lastly, now would be a good time for you to submit question thoughts, antidotes or whatever. which I will post along with spiffy comments.

Samuel
