Laws an Just-ice
Every descendent of those
plucked
from the garden
and
brought thither, enslaved is mine.
To him that is
afflicted pity should be shewed from his friend; but he forsaketh
the fear
of
the Almighty.
My
brethren
have dealt deceitfully as a brook,
and
as the stream of brooks they pass
away;
Which are blackish by
reason of
the ice,
and
wherein the snow is hid:
What time they
wax
warm, they vanish:
when it is
hot,
they
are consumed out of their place.
The paths of their way are turned
aside;
they
go to nothing,
and
perish.
**
He
sendeth forth his commandment upon earth:
his word runneth very swiftly.
He
giveth snow like wool:
he
scattereth the hoarfrost
like ashes.
He casteth forth his ice
like
morsels:
who can stand before his cold?
He
sendeth out his word,
and
melteth them:
he
causeth his wind to blow,
and
the waters flow.
*
And
I will make thy seed to multiply as
the stars of heaven, and
will give unto thy seed all these countries;
and
in thy
seed
shall all
the nations
of the earth be blessed;
Because
that
Abraham obeyed my voice,
and
kept my
charge,
my commandments,
my statutes,
and
my laws.
*
He
sheweth his word unto Jacob,
his statutes
and his judgments unto Israel.
He
hath not
dealt so with any nation:
and
as for his judgments,
they
have not known them.
Praise
ye the Lord.
ISamuelyeaonamallopia
Praise
ye the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord from the heavens:
praise him in the heights.
Praise ye him,
all
his angels:
praise ye him,
all
his hosts.
Praise ye him,
sun - and moon:
*
And
God said,
Let there be light:
and
there was
light.
*
praise him,
all
ye
stars of light.
Praise
him,
ye
heavens of heavens,
and
ye waters
that be above the heavens.
Let
them
praise the name of the Lord:
*
. . . in the image of God created
he him;
male
- and female
created he them.
*
for
he commanded,
and
they were
created.
He
hath also stablished them
for ever - and ever:
he hath made a decree which shall not pass.
*
Thou
hast laid me in the lowest pit,
in darkness,
in
the deeps.
Thy
wrath lieth hard upon me,
and thou
hast afflicted me with all thy waves.
Selah.
Thou
hast put away mine acquaintance far from
me;
thou
hast made me an
abomination
unto them:
I
am
shut up,
and
I cannot come forth.
Mine
eye mourneth by reason of affliction:
Lord,
I
have called daily upon thee,
I have stretched out my hands unto thee.
Wilt
thou shew wonders to
the dead?
shall the dead arise
- and praise
thee?
Selah.
*
Praise the Lord
from the earth, ye dragons,
and
all deeps:
Fire,
and
hail;
snow,
and
vapours;
stormy
wind fulfilling his word:
Mountains,
and
all hills;
fruitful trees,
and
all cedars:
Beasts,
and
all cattle;
creeping
things,
and
flying fowl:
Kings of the earth,
and
all people;
princes,
and
all judges of the earth:
Both young men,
and
maidens;
old
men,
and
children:
Let them praise the name of the Lord:
ISamuelyeaonAmallOpia
for
his name alone
is
excellent;
his glory is above the earth and heaven.
RA
He
also
exalteth the horn of his people,
the praise of all his saints;
even
of the children of Israel,
a
people
near unto him.
Praise ye the Lord.
Praise ye the Lord.
Sing
unto the Lord a new song,
and
his praise
in the congregation
of saints.
Let
Israel
rejoice in him that made him:
let
the children of Zion
be joyful in their King.
Let
them
praise his name in the dance:
*
And
Miriam
the prophetess,
the sister
of
Aaron,
took
a
timbrel in her hand; and all the women
went out after her with timbrels and with dances.
And Miriam answered them, Sing ye to the Lord,
for
he hath triumphed gloriously;
the horse and his rider hath he thrown
into the sea.
*
let
them
sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
For
the Lord taketh pleasure in his people:
he
will
beautify the meek with salvation.
Let
the saints be joyful in glory:
**
And
when Jacob had made an end of commanding his sons,
he
gathered
up his feet into the bed,
and
yielded up the ghost,
and
was gathered unto his people.
**
let
them
sing aloud upon their beds.
Let
the high praises of God be in their mouth,
and
a two-edged
s-word in their hand;
To
execute vengeance
upon the heathen, and punishments upon the people;
To
bind
their kings with chains, and their nobles with fetters of
iron;
To
execute upon them the
judgment written:
this
honour have
all his saints.
*
And
his father refused,
and
said,
I
know
it,
my
son,
I
know
it:
*
Praise ye the Lord.
Praise
ye the Lord.
Praise God in his sanctuary:
praise him in the firmament of his power.
Praise him for his mighty acts:
praise
him according to his excellent greatness.
Praise him with
the sound of the trumpet:
praise him with
the psaltery and harp.
Praise him with
the timbrel and dance:
praise him with stringed instruments and organs.
Praise him upon the loud cymbals:
praise him upon the high sounding cymbals.
Let
every thing that hath breath praise the Lord.
Praise
ye the Lord.
**
And in process of time it came to pass, that Cain brought
of the fruit of the ground an
offering
unto the Lord.
And
Abel,
he
also brought of the firstlings of his flock - and of the fat thereof.
And
the Lord
had respect unto Abel and to his offering:
But
unto Cain and to his offering he had not
respect.
And
Cain was very wroth,
and
his countenance fell.
**
And the dove came
in to him in the evening;
and, lo,
in
her mouth was an o-live leaf plucked
off:
so Noah knew that
the waters were abated from off
the earth.
**
Go
to,
let us go
down,
and
there confound
their language,
that
they may not understand one another's speech.
*
And
the Spirit of God moved upon
the face
of
the waters.
*
So
the Lord scattered them
abroad from thence
upon the face of
all the earth:
and
they left off to build the city.
**
Emmanuel
saith
unto them,
Did ye never
read in the scriptures,
The stone which the builders rejected,
the same is become the head of the corner:
this
is
the Lord's doing,
and
it is marvellous
in our eyes?
Therefore say I unto you,
The kingdom
of God shall be taken from you,
and
given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof.
*
And
the Lord said unto him, Therefore whosoever slayeth Cain, (Law) vengeance shall be taken on him sevenfold.
*
And
whosoever
shall fall on this
stone shall be broken:
*
For
God,
said
she,
hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain (Law) slew.
*
And
he took
the calf which they had made,
and
burnt it
in
the fire,
and
ground it
to powder,
and
strawed it upon the water, and made the children of Israel drink
of it.
*
but
on
whomsoever it shall fall,
it will grind him to
powder.
**
Ye have seen what I did
unto the Egyptians,
and
how I bare you on
eagles' wings, and brought you unto myself.
Now there-fore,
if ye will obey my voice indeed,
and
keep my
covenant,
then ye shall be a peculiar treasure
unto
me above
all
people:
for
all the earth is mine:
And
ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests,
and
an holy
nation.
These
are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
My
Baby,
My
son,
born
of Me, this the seventh day

And
Achan answered Joshua, and said,
Indeed I
have sinned against
the Lord God of Israel,
and
thus - and thus have
I done:
When I saw among the spoils a
goodly Babylonish garment,
and
two hundred shekels of silver,
and
a wedge of gold of fifty shekels weight,
then
I coveted
them,
and
took them;
and,
behold,
they
are
hid in the earth in the midst of my tent,
and
the silver under
it.
