RAheme as reveled by the book of Canaan

And Adam said,

This is now bone of my bones,

and flesh of my flesh:

she shall be called Woman,

because she was taken out of Man.

***

And it came to pass at the end of forty days,
that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:

***
For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth,
to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him.

****
And he sent forth a raven,
which went forth to and fro,
until the waters were dried up from off the earth.

***
And I said, Oh that I had wings like a dove!
for then would I fly away, and be at rest.

Lo, then would I wander far off,
and remain in the wilderness. Selah.

***
Destroy, O Lord, and divide their tongues:
for I have seen violence and strife in the city.
***
And he shall besiege thee in all thy gates,
until thy high and fenced walls come down,
wherein thou trustedst,
throughout all thy land:

***
Day and night they go about it upon the walls thereof:

mischief also and sorrow are in the midst of it.
Wickedness is in the midst thereof:
deceit and guile depart not from her streets.

****
Also he sent forth a dove from him,
to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground;

***
The sons of Leah;
Reuben, Jacob's firstborn, and Simeon, and Levi, and Judah, and Issachar, and Zebulun:

The sons of Rachel;

Joseph, and Benjamin:

And the sons of Bilhah,
Rachel's - - -hand - maid;
Dan, and Naphtali:

And the sons of Zilpah,
Leah's - - -hand - maid;
Gad, and Asher:

these are the sons of Jacob,
which were born to him in Padanaram.

*****

These twelve RAheme sent forth, and commanded them,
saying,
Go not into the way of the Gentiles,

and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:

But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
And as ye go, preach, saying,

The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

***
And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto - - -one place,

***
And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam,
and he slept:
and he took - - - one of - - - his ribs,
***
And when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, and that it was pleasant to the eyes,
and a tree to be desired to make - - -one wise,
***
And the Lord God said, Behold, the man is become - - -as one of us,
to know good and evil:

***
And Lamech took unto him two wives: the name of the - - - one was Adah,

***
Come now, and let us reason together, saith the Lord:
though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.

***
And it came to pass in the time of her travail,
that, behold, twins were in her womb.
And it came to pass, when she travailed, that the - - - one put out his hand:

***
And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth.

***

and the mid-wife took and bound upon his hand a scarlet thread, saying, This came out - - - first.

***

He was a mighty hunter before the Lord:

***

And it came to pass, as he drew back his hand, - - - that,

behold, his brother came out:

and she said,

How hast thou broken forth?

this breach be upon thee:

therefore his name was called Pharez.

And afterward came out his brother,
that had the scarlet thread upon his hand:
and his name was called Zerah.

***
Judah- - - sin lieth at the door.

Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters:
they have forsaken the Lord, they have provoked the Holy - - -One - - -of Israel unto anger

they are gone away backward.

Why should ye be stricken any more?
ye will revolt more and more:
the whole head is sick,
and the whole heart faint.

From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it;
but wounds,
and bruises,
and putrefying sores:
they have not been closed,
neither bound up,
neither mollified with ointment.
Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire:
your land, strangers devour it in your presence,
and it is desolate,
as overthrown by strangers.

*****
Heal the sick,

***
And there were four leprous men at the entering in of the gate:
and they said - - - one to - - -another,
Why sit we here until we die?

If we say, We will enter into the city,
then the famine is in the city,
and we shall die there:

and if we sit still here,
we die also.

Now therefore come, and let us fall unto the host of the Syrians:
if they save us alive, we shall live;
and if they kill us, we shall but die.

***
And Adam knew his wife again; and she bare a son, and called his name Seth:

For God,

said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel, whom Cain slew.

***
And she again bare his brother Abel.
And Abel was a keeper of sheep,
***
and came again, and entered into another tent,
***
And a river went out of Eden to water the garden;
and from thence it was parted,
and became into four heads.
***
So the Lord scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth:

***
and carried thence also,

***
and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.

***
And when these lepers came to the uttermost part of the camp,
they went into - - -one tent,

and did eat and drink, and carried thence silver, and gold, and raiment,

*****
cleanse the lepers,

***
Then said Boaz, What day thou buyest the field of the hand of Naomi, thou must buy it also of Ruth the Moabitess,
the wife of the dead, to raise up the name of the dead upon his inheritance.

*****
raise the dead,

***
And the priests and the Levites that were in all Israel resorted to him out of all their coasts.
For the Levites left their suburbs and their possession, and came to Judah and Jerusalem:
for Jeroboam and his sons had cast them off from executing the priest's office unto the Lord:
And he ordained him priests for the high places,

and for the devils,

and for the calves which he had made.

*****
cast out devils:
 freely ye have received,
freely give.

***
And Pharaoh said unto Joseph, See, I have set thee over all the land of Egypt.
And Pharaoh took off his ring from his hand, and put it upon Joseph's hand,
and arrayed him in vestures of fine linen,
and put a gold chain about his neck;
And he made him to ride in the second chariot which he had;
and they cried before him, Bow the knee:
and he made him ruler over all the land of Egypt.

*****
Provide neither gold, nor silver, nor brass in your purses,
Nor scrip for your journey, neither two coats, neither shoes, nor yet staves:

for the workman is worthy of his meat.

And into whatsoever city or town ye shall enter, inquire who in it is worthy;

and there abide till ye go thence.

*****
Then shalt thou go on forward from thence,
and thou shalt come to the plain of Tabor,

***
said she, hath appointed me another seed instead of Abel,

***
and there shall meet thee three men going up to God to Bethel,
one carrying three kids,
and another carrying three loaves of bread,

and another carrying a bottle of wine:

And they will salute thee,

and give thee two loaves of bread;
which thou shalt receive of their hands.
After that thou shalt come to the hill of God, where is the garrison of the Philistines:

and it shall come to pass, when thou art come thither to the city,

***
And Adah bare Jabal: he was the father of such as dwell in tents, and of such as have cattle.

And his brother's name was Jubal:
he was the father of all such as handle the harp and organ.

***
that thou shalt meet a company of prophets coming down
from the high place with a psaltery, and a tabret, and a pipe,
 and a harp, before them;

and they shall prophesy:

And the spirit of the Lord will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.

And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee;

for God is with thee.

*****
And when ye come into an house, - - -salute it.
And if the house be worthy, let your peace come upon it:
but if it be not worthy, let your peace return to you.
***

Because he covereth his face with his fatness, and maketh collops of fat on his flanks.

And he dwelleth in desolate cities, and in houses which no man inhabiteth, which are ready to become heaps.

He shall not be rich, neither shall his substance continue, neither shall he prolong the perfection thereof upon the earth.

He shall not depart out of darkness;

the flame shall dry up his branches,

and by the breath of his mouth shall he go away.

Let not him that is deceived trust in vanity:

for vanity shall be his recompence.

It shall be accomplished before his time,
and his branch shall not be green.

 He shall shake off his unripe grape as the vine,
and shall cast off his flower as the olive.

*****
And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet.
Verily I say unto you,

***

And Lamech said unto his wives, Adah and Zillah,
Hear my voice;
ye wives of Lamech, hearken unto my speech:

for I have slain a man to my wounding,

and a young man to my hurt.

If Cain shall be avenged sevenfold,

truly Lamech seventy and sevenfold.
***
It shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

***
And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he,
and all his servants,
and all the Egyptians;
and there was a great cry in Egypt;
for there was not a house where there was not - - - one dead.

And he called for Moses and Aaron by night, and said, Rise up, and get you forth from among my people, both ye and the children of Israel;
and go, serve the Lord, as ye have said.

Also take your flocks and your herds,
as ye have said, and be gone;
and bless me also.

*****
Behold, I send you forth as sheep in the midst of wolves:
be ye therefore wise as serpents,
and harmless as doves.

*****
But beware of men:

for they will deliver you up to the councils, and they will scourge you in their synagogues;

*****
And ye shall be brought before governors and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them and the Gentiles.
***

And Moses answered and said,
But, behold, they will not believe me,
nor hearken unto my voice:
for they will say,
The Lord hath not appeared unto thee.
***
And the Lord said unto him,
***
And the Lord God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam,
and he slept:
***
What is that in thine hand?
And he said, A rod.

And he said,
Cast it on the ground.

And he cast it on the ground,
***
Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.
***
and it became a serpent;
***
I beheld the mountains, and, lo, they trembled,
and all the hills moved lightly.
I beheld, and, lo, there was no man,
and all the birds of the heavens were fled.
I beheld, and, lo, the fruitful place was a wilderness,
and all the cities thereof were broken down at the presence of the Lord,
and by his fierce anger.
***

and Moses fled from before it.

And the Lord said unto Moses,

Put forth thine hand,
and take it by the - - - tail.
And he put forth his hand,
and caught it,
and it became a rod in his hand:

That they may believe that the Lord God of their fathers,
the God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob,
hath appeared unto thee.

***

But when they deliver you up, take no thought how or what ye shall speak:

for it shall be given you in that same hour what ye shall speak.
For it is not ye that speak, but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you.

***
And the brother shall deliver up the brother to death,
and the father the child:

and the children shall rise up against their parents,
and cause them to be put to death.
***
Then it shall be, when he maketh his sons to inherit that which he hath,

that he may not make the son of the beloved firstborn before the son of the hated,

which is indeed the firstborn:

 But he shall acknowledge the son of the hated for the firstborn, by giving him a double portion of all that he hath: for he is the beginning of his strength;

the right of the firstborn is his.

*****
And ye shall be hated of all men for my name's sake:

***
O give thanks unto the Lord;
for he is good;

for his mercy endureth for ever.

And say ye,
Save us, O God of our salvation,
and gather us together,
and deliver us from the heathen,
that we may give thanks to thy holy name,
and glory in thy praise.

Blessed be the Lord God of Israel for ever and ever.
And all the people said,
A men, and praised the Lord.

*****
but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.
***

Have pity upon me,

have pity upon me,

O ye my friends;
for the hand of God hath touched me.

Why do ye persecute me as God,
and are not satisfied with my flesh?

Oh that my words were now written!

oh that they were printed in a book!

That they were graven with an iron pen and lead in the rock for ever!

For I know that my redeemer liveth,
and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth:

And though after my skin worms destroy this body,
yet in my flesh shall I see God:

Whom I shall see for myself,
and mine eyes shall behold,
and not another;
though my reins be consumed within me.

But ye should say,
Why persecute we him,
seeing the root of the matter is found in me?

Be ye afraid of the sword:
for wrath bringeth the punishments of the sword,
that ye may know there is a judgment.

*****
 But when they persecute you in this city, flee ye into another:
for verily I say unto you,
Ye shall not have gone over the cities of Israel, till the Son of man be come.

***
Say ye not, A confederacy, to all them to whom this people shall say, A confederacy;
neither fear ye their fear,
nor be afraid.
Sanctify the Lord of hosts himself;
and let him be your fear,
and let him be your dread.

And he shall be for a sanctuary;
but for a stone of stumbling and for a rock of offence to both the houses of Israel,

for a gin and for a snare to the inhabitants of Jerusalem.

And many among them shall stumble,

and fall, and be broken,

and be snared, and be taken.

Bind up the testimony, seal the law among my disciples.
***
And the servant put his hand under the thigh of Abraham his master, and sware to him concerning that matter.

*****
The disciple is not above his master,
***
God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

*****
nor the servant above his lord.
It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master,
and the servant as his lord.
*****

If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub,
how much more shall they call them of his household?
***
If the Lord delight in us,

then he will bring us into this land, and give it us;
a land which floweth with milk and honey.
Only rebel not ye against the Lord,
neither fear ye the people of the land;
for they are bread for us:

their defence is departed from them,
and the Lord is with us:
fear them not.
***
Ye shall not fear them: for the Lord your God he shall fight for you.
***
And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear them not:
***
Behold, I have made thy face strong against their faces,
and thy forehead strong against their foreheads.
As an adamant harder than flint have I made thy forehead: fear them not,
neither be dismayed at their looks, though they be a rebellious house.

*****
Fear them not therefore:
***

And the waters prevailed exceedingly upon the earth; and all the high hills, that were under the whole heaven, were covered.

*****
for there is nothing covered, that shall not be revealed;
***
and Adam and his wife hid themselves from the presence of the Lord God amongst the trees of the garden.

*****
and hid, that shall not be known.
***

The people that walked in darkness have seen a great light:
they that dwell in the land of the shadow of death,
upon them hath the light shined.

Thou hast multiplied the nation,
and not increased the joy:

they joy before thee according to the joy in harvest,

and as men rejoice when they divide the spoil.

*****
What I tell you in darkness, that speak ye in light:
***

And they said, Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven;

*****
and what ye hear in the ear, that preach ye upon the housetops.

*****
And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul

but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.

and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas:

Therefore all things whatsoever ye would that men should do to you,
do ye even so to them:
for this is the law and the prophets.

Enter ye in at the strait gate:
for wide is the gate,
and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:

Because strait is the gate,
and narrow is the way,
which leadeth unto life,
and few there be that find it.

behold, it was very good.

And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good.

And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Thus the heavens and the earth were finished,

and all the host of them.

And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made;

and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.

I am Samuelyea

Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made.

And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,

To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,

And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

Ararat

And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.

***

And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:

Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth:

***
Set ye up a standard in the land, blow the trumpet among the nations, prepare the nations against her, call together against her the kingdoms of Ararat, Minni, and Ashchenaz;

appoint a captain against her; cause the horses to come up as the rough caterpillars.

Prepare against her the nations with the kings of the Medes, the captains thereof, and all the rulers thereof, and all the land of his dominion.

And the land shall tremble and sorrow: for every purpose of the Lord shall be performed against Babylon, to make the land of Babylon a desolation without an inhabitant.

The mighty men of Babylon have forborne to fight, they have remained in their holds: their might hath failed; they became as women:

they have burned her dwellingplaces; her bars are broken.

One post shall run to meet another, and one messenger to meet another, to shew the king of Babylon that his city is taken at one end,

And that the passages are stopped, and the reeds they have burned with fire, and the men of war are affrighted.

For thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel; The daughter of Babylon is like a threshingfloor,
 it is time to thresh her:

yet a little while, and the time of her harvest shall come.
